Indianwood Improvement Association (IIA) was created as a Non Profit, Tax Exempt Corporation in 1941 by combining four separate subdivisions all with the common area known as Indianwood Lake.
All 201 homesites have access to lake recreation, hiking paths and convenient shopping.
